Killington has long been known as the Beast of the East, and we’re proud to bring it back!
For the past decade, you’ve seen a softer side of Killington in how we present ourselves. Endless Adventures, Rise Above and Nowhere Else were tag lines that may have worked in the short term, but never had a long-standing message, feel or sense of pride.
For too long, we’ve let other mountains compare themselves to Killington. Fact is no other resort in the Northeast can compare to Killington in terms of size, terrain, lifts and snowmaking. No other resort area has a five-mile long access road loaded with the best après, dining and nightlife you’ll find in ski country.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll see our new ads, new look and a new website. As we welcome back the Beast of the East, just remember, it’s more than a marketing term. It’s who we are! It’s who you are!
Welcome back to the Beast of the East!
I like the new logo. It looks as though the new logo is trying to resurrect some historical Killington "branding". The typeface is reminiscent of the typeface on the old Killington gondola. The "shield" is reminiscent of an old Killington patch that you would have sown on your ski jacket back in the day, and the "black" half diamond stands apart from the green and the blue, to indicate that Killington is known not only for its green and blue terrain, but the black terrain stands apart from all others.

I would love to see the beast Return. Killington used to be a hard core Mtn and was known for it.Love to bring that hard core feeling back to the Beast. Good step in the right direction.

INSTEAD OF SOME SILLY MARKETING CAMPAIGN, DO SOMETHING "BEASTLY" OF SUBSTANCE - LIKE NOT MOWING DOWN CLASSIC KILLY BUMP RUNS IN THE MIDDLE OF MARCH AT THIER BUMPIEST BEST. TRAILS LIKE NORTHSTAR/GREAT BEAR/LOWER SKYLARK/WILDFIRE ETC. PLEASE STOP, ITS WRONG AND UNECESSARY.

Give me a break! The Beast??? I'm starting to think Killington has passed it's prime and the "Good Old Days" were during the ASC ownership. The season passes were affordable & it was hands down the leader in VT. (no more)
Please fire the marketing moron who came up with this weak campaign. The staff that voted for the approval should be written up for their mistakes.
